Let us be real—a 4.8 rating on IMDb is kinda harsh. Fever is actually a pretty decent atmospheric thriller. The first half is absolutely nail-biting. The director builds the suspense brilliantly, and you genuinely cannot guess where the story is heading. The background score is solid, and the cinematography makes Switzerland look both stunning and incredibly eerie at the same time.
Performance-wise, Rajeev Khandelwal does what he does best—playing the intense, confused protagonist with absolute ease. Gauahar Khan looks gorgeous and brings a lot of mystery to her character, while Gemma Atkinson adds a nice international flavor to the mix. The chemistry and the smart dialogues keep you hooked.
