My Honest Review: Paisa Vasool or Total Bore?

Tbh, the first half of the film is super breezy and fun. Shahid and Kriti have great screen presence, and Rashmika brings a very different, energetic vibe to the mix. The comedy works in parts, and the music keeps things lively.

But the movie kinda dragged in the second half when the emotional heavy-lifting started. Love triangles are tricky to pull off without sounding repetitive, and while Homi Adajania tries his best, some scenes feel a bit stretched. That said, what I liked is how the movie handles the maturity of relationships. It’s not just about choosing between love and friendship; it actually highlights how misunderstandings and unspoken expectations can mess up even the strongest bonds. It’s a sweet reminder that relationships need honesty and trust to survive once the initial honeymoon phase is over.

So, is it a masterpiece? Definitely not. But if you’re looking for a lighthearted masala entertainer with some emotional depth and pretty locations, this one makes for a good weekend watch with friends.
