Not gonna lie, Malayalam cinema has been absolutely killing it with thrillers lately, and Dose is another solid addition to that list. The best part about the movie is its atmosphere. The hospital setting feels genuinely eerie and claustrophobic. Director Abhilash R Nair doesn’t rush things; he lets the tension build up naturally.

Siju Wilson is excellent. He plays the doctor with a sense of vulnerability that makes you root for him. Jagadish also deserves a special mention—seeing him in these serious, intense roles is a absolute treat. The chemistry between the doctor and the investigator keeps the narrative moving even when the pace slows down.

If there is any complaint, it is that the second half kinda drags in a few places when the investigation gets a bit repetitive. But the climax makes up for it with a solid payoff. It is a total paisa vasool watch if you love suspense dramas.
